JAMES MCCALLUM – 2006 COMMONWEALTH GAMES MEDALIST
2006 has been an unbelievable year, since an amazing 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne success has followed success. Now as the 2007 season beckons I am a fully fledged Professional in my sport and going from strength to strength. This wouldn’t have been possible with out the help and backing from Space Clinics. These guys know their stuff and I can’t thank them enough for putting me back together when I fall apart. Once again thanks for the support and for helping me get to the next level.
2007 is all go, firstly it’s the Manchester track World Cup in February and from there on it’s a season of Premiers, Crits, Track and hopefully another TOB. The real training started in November as I’ll have to be in pretty good nick for Manchester. Things are well on track thanks to The Scottish coach of the year Mr. Graeme Herd, who after a wee sabbatical is back as the master of the excel spreadsheet once again.
So training will consist of loads of turbo training, standing starts, seated kilos and of course the good old favorites 2 hrs Zone 3 and 5 hrs in the freezing cold, mmmmmmmmmmm! lovely !?!
All the best
James McCallum
